Why not list your email addresses, skype names and iPhone numbers?

Answer: Many, many reasons.

The first of which is, if we funnel everything through a single support source, the requests stay organized and the fulfillment gets done in orderly fashion.

But, even though we have batteries on the desktop computers, a backup power generator, and dual internet connections, we don't have true 3G cell phone service at the office. Sometimes it's just nice being a little disconnected in this ADHD/ADD-always-connected-and-ready-to-multi-task modern world.
