Vermont Spine Works

Dr. Todd Lefkoe had a large picklist of integrations needed for his brand new practice:

The doctor, Sensible World and VickeryHill got together and created a set of visitor and office goals, developed a sitemap, created a design that worked around Vermont Spine Works' new logo and built a content management system. Wrapped in a shell of advanced Google Analytics and the site is ready for primetime. Patients can view what SpineWorks does, check out narrated animations of procedures and problems, download forms before their visit, and even request prescriptions and appointments online.

The entire site (including portal usage and video plays) tracks users experience and will allow us to adjust and correct for what the visitor does compared to what they should be doing.

Trouble with third-party embeds

Third-party integrations got your down?

We've found that it's all a matter of how you start out the relationship. The majority of third-party online software products proclaim their ease of use. We've found that in a basic sense, most are.  But, when you get down to the nitty-gritty, just about everything needs customization and shoehorning to make it work right.

Anyone can throw a snippet of embed code into their website and display a video, but can they set up tracking so you can find out what keyword phrase brought the most people who watched the video? Can they make sure that webcam feed works on Apple mobile devices as well? Is there a backup plan for displaying something of value when the embed is not visible?

This is where our rubber meets the road and the technical ability and 20 years of experience really pay off. If you're having trouble bringing together seemingly unfriendly technologies - give us a call, we're here to help.
